From Reuters: "President Bush on Tuesday called a recent report that blames humans for global warming nothing more than a product of government "bureaucracy" and said he would not accept an international accord to reduce heat-trapping emissions."
Bush commented on the report by saying: "I read the report put out by the bureaucracy." So, is it time to do something about the practice of junk science at the Environmental Protection Agency?
